1. Courier Services

Fragrances purchased  through Haute Couture Cosmetics will be delivered  to the customer’s chosen physical address within the South African border through  our courier partner(The courier guy)

Kindly note  for customers staying in outlying areas, we will request  an additional of 2 business days, meaning that delivery might take  up to 7 days . You will however be notified.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched same day (Mon–Fri)

• Orders placed after 1 PM or during weekends/public holidays are dispatched next business day

Customers will receive:

• Order confirmation email

• Courier tracking information once shipped

3. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach the customer after two attempts, the order may:

• Be returned to HCC

• Require re-shipping at the customer’s expense

4. Address Errors

If incorrect address details are provided:

• Delivery delays may occur

• Re-delivery fee may apply
